POP for me too - I'm in a very disgusted mood - doing everything right and the scale is going the wrong direction - told DH I was thinking of quitting this journey. Hope that feeling passes - I've come too far.

Carol, you can't leave the lifeboat?! Please no! Remember the scale is and trying to trick you! Don't listen!!

Day 4 was POP. I realized today that while I remembered to plan my dinners, I ran out of lunch food and have to improvise today...

GGG, I'm feeling the same way! It's the moon phases or something. I'm even tracking calories this 10 days as well as protein intake and no vending machine crud. I feel like I haven't even recovered from the epic TOM episode from last month.

Ugh. We can do this!! Hold on!

Hey, hey, hey ........ if you all bail out it'll make rowing even harder for the rest of us. If you've been eating the same stuff in the same proportions every day, maybe it's time for a change or perhaps tweak your intake. You know higher for a couple days then a lot lower than usual for a couple then a couple at your normal level. Remember: "This to shall pass."

BTW: POP yesterday for me too.

Not sure if I stayed in my calories (went out to dinner), but am VERY happy with my choices and considering myself POP.

Day 5!! Day 6 to come!

I think there was some weird alignment of the stars today or something. DH and I both got sick in the middle of the day at work, sick enough to go home (not something either of us do very often) and now we're both okay.

Surely this will pass!

Day 5 POP for me. Lucky I did feel better so I could exercise.

I can't say I've been OP this week. The calories are killing me, I'm about 170 calories over per day on average. Water and exercise are great, though, so I'll consider myself in the boat but hanging over the edge like an idiot.

Back in the boat today. Fell out last night. I was unbelievably hungry all day yesterday.

I DID make good choices for food: nice complex carbs and protein (cooked sushi, palaak paneer), not sweets or empty calories. I probably went 600-800 calories over my desired max of 1800. Not really lifeboat drowning crisis, but I am puzzled what has been making me so hungry.

I went out to eat with a friend last night. I stuck to the plan but we ate way late for me. Sunday will be a challenge!

Splashing around in the water because husband really wanted pizza again. We're going to have to have a talk about this. I usually have salad/lettuce beforehand so I don't eat so much pizza, but I ran out and, well, you know. A good 500 calories over my plan today. Thpbt.

I've been OP all week, but I will say that I've had a snack bug during the day lately! Not sure what this is all about, but I hope it leaves soon!
