I will stay on plan today because today is just a moment in time. This is just a single fraction of my life, and if I can get through it, tomorrow will be a better day.
Technically I just reiterated this from my Dear (Food) Diary blog entry for today.. but it's my motivation of the moment. My little epiphany that I thought I'd share.
I STAYED on plan today in-spite of the two big bags of candy and regular soda, the a friend brought over for WWE summer slam! I did not touch a single one!
I will stay on plan today because I get to do my first WI on the 18th and that is the same day I get my ticker ... so I wanna be able to post some GooD NeWs!!!!
I will stay on plan today, because... I want to be able to go into my doctor's office in December for a yearly check up and see the scale go DOWN not up! That requires many on plan days.
Because if I keep on doing what I'm doing, it will work. Simple math, science, and the laws of thermodynamics. Better living through if-then statements; my 8th grade geometry teacher would be proud.
I will stay on plan today because yesterday I was weak and ate some cookies I should not have! I like the way I am looking and feeling except for the gosh awful exercise pain but I am going in the right direction for me! My heart appreciates it!
