I will and have stayed on goal today because I see MUSCLES since I started working out. I see my forearms developing so nicely... and my butt seems a little-- perkier??? Works for me. Not worried about the scale this month, just going to look for changes! I feel great.

I will stay on plan today because I promised my little girl that next year for her birthday I would take her to six flags, and in order to do that I have to be able to fit in the darn rides!!! And I REFUSE to break a promise to my baby, EVER!!!!
