Hi there, I just weighed myself after one week of eating WAY better and it looks like I have gone from 341 to 335. I have not starved myself at all or skipped meals is this normal/healthy to lose 6 pounds the first week????!!!

I lost 6 pounds my first week and a lot the second week, then it slowed down (as it should). 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy average weekly weight loss.

I lost 5lbs my first three weeks of eating better and exercising. Most of the weight is more than likely water weight. However, bigger people lose weight faster than smaller people so that's a positive.

Congrats!! It might be a combination of fat and water weight from not eating as much sodium/crap. I think that's what happened my first week. Keep up the great work!!

When I first started I lost a lot of weight the first month or two. Now it has slowed waayyy down. I have been stuck for six weeks.

Congratulations on your loss, but try not to get discouraged when it slows back down to normal losses!

Congrats! I know what you mean, I lost 10 pounds the first week. I didn't do anything but count calories and do some light exercises. However, I remember in the past, weight comes off fast at first, then slows down (like a few stated).

Congrats!!
I lost 6 pounds my first week, 3 the second, 3 the third, and 2 the fourth.
Like others have said, mine is slowing down (as I expected)... but knowing I'm already down 14 motivates me to keep going.
