Hey, sorry I've been gone so long. I've gone through three different computers in the past few weeks. I keep killing them

I've also been a very bad girl this week. I didn't work out at all! Unless you count putting in the vegetable garden, which can be pretty labor intensive.

Bo, are you doing your walks inside or out? Just curious. Have a great week!

I have been doing most of my walks indoors, although I did get out on the one good day we've had here lately. I did 30 minutes of walking on Tuesday, but was not able to run because I had to do the walk while wearing dress shoes, just to be able to fit it in! So I will start the running portion tomorrow instead, weather and events willing!

Yikes! I don't think I could handle my walks in dress shoes. But its awesome that you did it anyway bc it would have been to easy to skip it that day. I think i got a little ahead of myself and have had to repeat the same week a couple of times already, but I should be ready to move on soon!

Just checkin in today... I'm TIRED and kinda feeling like I'm not making any progress....It seems to be getting Harder and not the tiniest bit easier to get out there everyday and stay motivated. Bleh...
