I've been exercising, but have been super busy and couldn't post so I have to catch up! :ebike:

Friday = 37 minutes / 7.06 miles
Monday = 38 minutes / 7.17 miles
Today = 37 minutes / 7.03 miles
Total = 112 minutes / 21.26 miles

August = 136/800 minutes 45.03/150 miles

Group ~ 2646 + 112 = 2758

Looks like I'm the last one to post last night and the first to post this morning.

37 minutes / 7.01 miles on the stationary bike :ebike:

August: 173/800 minutes - 52.04/150 miles
July: 756/756 minutes - 138.7/138.7 miles

Group ~ 2758 + 37 = 2795

Hmmm... quiet here with just me and bumblebee!

70 min walk yesterday and 40 min weights & 15 min bike ride today!

Group total ~ 2795 + 125 = 2920 min

I'm still here, just Tues was a rest day and yesterday, well, just didn't happen. :)

60 mins walking today (actually 5 mins of jogging in the first 30 mins)

Group total: 2,920 + 60 = 2,980
