Finally got moving again. 60 minutes gym.
My total 1090 + 60 = 1150 Group total ~ 5743 + 60 = 5803 |
45 min gym _ 1150 = 1195
Group total 5803 + 45 = 5848 |
60 min weights
Group total ~ 5848 + 60 = 5908 min |
53 minutes gym
1195 + 53 = 1248 Group total ~ 5908 + 53 = 5961 |
60 minutes gym
1248 + 60 = 1308 Group total ~ 5961 + 60 = 6021 |
35 mins strength training (new Stage, quite short, very intense)
Group total: 6,021 + 35 = 6,056 |
60 mins walking outside
Group total: 6,056 + 60 = 6,116 |
100 min to end the month for 1200 total!
Group total ~ 6116 + 100 = 6216 min |
I forgot to add my final exercise for the month of August.
540 is the last amount for my final week so, 540+6116 = 6,759 New Group total |
I haven't posted in awhile, but I'm still peddling away. I wanted to go ahead and post my totals for the month. I didn't quite hit my goal for August, but there's always September!
8/13 thru 8/29 = 84.77 miles and 450 minutes on the stationary bike. :ebike: August: 623/800 minutes - 136.81/150 miles July: 756/756 minutes - 138.7/138.7 miles New group total ~ 7209! |
I got sick again, and didn't exercise for almost a week, so didn't make my goal, but I'm still pretty happy with how I did. I am also happy that I am listening to my body and not pushing it too far when I'm sick.
