I've noticed several people mention that because their SO is thin, their SO can get away with not working out and eating healthy.
Thin does NOT translate to
Healthy. When my DH got his current job (that requires quarterly fitness tests), he weighed 30lbs less and was
far less healthy than he is now. His cardio was a wreck, his body fat percentage was higher, and his muscle tone and strength wasn't nearly as good. So, although he was skinny, he wasn't healthy.
I just thought I'd mention that. I'm off my soapbox now.
