They won't be able to tell exactly how far along I am until the ultrasound because although I am very regular, I'm also a double ovulator (fraternal twins run rampant in the family). I'm guessing 10-12 weeks. That's early for kicking, but I've had my stomach muscle cut when I had my gall bladder removed, and was told that can make you feel it sooner. Normally feeling it sooner is normally either skinny women or women who have been pregnant a bunch of times. I've been pregnant a few times now, but I'm far from skinny. I don't carry my weight in my stomach, so I guess that is the skinniest part of my body. I guess I'm just in touch with my body now, and notice every change. The hormonal changes are the worse. I can go from crying to screaming in a split second. Most of the time right now, I'm chasing him around. He cried uncle last night. I'm hoping that and the nausea pass soon. I had to leave the choir twice during mass to run to the bathroom. I'm keeping my music in plastic sheets just in case. Now that would be a sight to see -- projectile vomiting across the altar. They'd probably call in an exorcist. Our priest is from India, so maybe he'd take it himself. It'd give the kid something to tell a psychiatrist 20 years from now -- "my mom had an pre-natal exorcism, but I'm trying not to take it personally."
