I got sick and screwed up my exercise plans. I normally don't count my walks with my dogs anymore, but tonight I kept my heartrate up and need to feel like I'm making progress, so I'm adding 15 min from my walk!
I am allowing myself to count the hour raking leaves this weekend. I did a lot more home/work stuff than that, but only feel like an hour is appropriate to count.
OK I'm back, and my diet and exercise started again today. I am not going to set a monthly target, I find I get too disappointed if other plans stop me from doing the exercise I aim for. So I'll just post my daily amounts as and when I do them. So................

I am setting both a target for the month and one for the year.
By December 2008, I want to be averaging 45 minutes of exercise a day. I've done that much in the dim, misty past, and I want to see it in my dim misty future!
For this month, I'm going to go with 20 per day for what remains of the month, plus the 60 minutes I've got to count so far. So 540 for the month.
I had an amazing workout today. I've been shooting for 120 minutes on the recumbant for a while but anytime I got to 90, my legs would just get really tight. Well, I hit 90 today and my legs felt great and it wasn't until about 110 minutes that I felt that tight feeling. I pushed through to 120 minutes though. I hope I can do it again tomorrow!
I also completed 11 minutes of Walk Away The Pounds, the 1 Mile one. I did this after the bike and while I can sometimes get to 15 minutes, I was just too tired to go on.
Personal recumbant bike = 220 + 120 = 340/1300 minutes.
Personal WATP = 11/90 minutes.
Group total = 2913 + 120(bike) + 11(WATP) = 3044 minutes.
