Knowing that my goal is 1000 minutes, I actually did some pilates type of exercise last night before going to bed. It felt good to get the muscles moving again. And this morning I've done 25 minutes
I hadn't posted before, but I think I'm going with something attainable for myself to get started - I quit exercising in May or June! So...goal for me is 300 minutes this month. I got on the elliptical yesterday and today...
I haven't posted here before, either. I will just add yesterdays and todays minutes to the total, which would be 15 minutes and 15 minutes, 1 mile each day.
This is a new one for me... im advised since my gbs and fibro to do some
lite exercising and i want to get started . I dont like it but with journaling
and support from you all im gonna give it my best.Have no idea on minutes
where i should start.. its to icey to do outside ... but have a cardio
machine that just strengthens arms and legs which will be just about right
for me now. I will say 250 minutes to start with and shoot for more...
60 minutes sweeping, mopping, doing windows, and taking down Christmas decorations at work(actually it was about a 4-hour ordeal but am only counting an hour).
5 minutes doing stairs.
Personal goal: 150 minutes total, 85 minutes left to reach goal
563+65= 628 minutes total

Barn work yesterday - It's part of my normal life and I don't usually count it, but I was at it, out in the cold, muscling full wheelbarrows to the TOP of the pucky pile until 9:30 last night. Even with a couple chat breaks, it was far more than usual, and a hot shower was all I could face by the time I got home - no treadmill or weights. (Besides, I still have to get the coats off the treadmill ) In any case, I'm giving myself credit for my daily 15 minutes, because I really was active all evening. It was great going to bed KNOWing that I'd burned more calories than I'd taken in!
