I'll jump in as well. I'm up to 641 for the month (started late), so let's say 2000 for a personal goal. This is mainly the treadmill at 2mph. (Only 25 mins with the weights - can you tell what I hate?) Next month I'll see how it's gone and adjust it.

Completed 90 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds. I kinda cheated with the WATP...I did the first 10 minutes twice, with a minute or two break in-between, to catch my breath. Standing/Walking for 15+ minutes is kinda tough for me :(

I did 430 minutes of exercise last week. Lots of dog walking, I set a goal of three times a day and on top of that I worked out to my exercise DVD twice and did 90 minutes of swimming! :carrot:

I am finally back after being out of commission with that cold! Actually it wasn't all that long - I should be grateful that I got rid of it as quickly as I did. Tonight was 70 minutes of Zumba, which brings my total to 575.

Last night I completed 60 minutes on the bike, using intervals. I then sat on the recliner and promptly passed out for 4 hours :)
