this is harder then i thought... the first day i join im not even home
to use my cardio machine. Im off to doctor in big city, but maybe i can
count shopping walmart for groceries !! I dont like walking that big store
anymore, but it takes me an hour to get through it.
Today i cleaned and did laundry cause grandaughter coming for visit.
I worked awhile then rested, worked awhile then rested. Been doing this
since GBS and hope eventually i get more energy to keep up with the rest
of you...

50 minutes at bootcamp this morning....35 upper body weight training, 15 spinning. also am adding in carvinmom's 90 minutes that didn't get added.

daughter and grandchild still here for visit.. spent most of day visiting
and doing a puzzle. THey wanted one of grandmas favorite meals , so
i spent time in kitchen cooking and doing dishes etc. so not sure that
counts for much exercise. About all i did was walk from here to there,
so i will give it a small amount of exercise for the day...

I didn't get anything in on Friday, which I'm kind of mad about. But I did knock out 65 minutes on the bike today. Guess that's something :)

Personal Total so far: 155 minutes + 65 = 220/1300

For Group Total I'll add in carvinmom's 60 which didn't get added. So Group Total is: 1653 + 60(Carvinmom) + 65(mine) = 1,778 minutes.

I got sick and screwed up my exercise plans. I normally don't count my walks with my dogs anymore, but tonight I kept my heartrate up and need to feel like I'm making progress, so I'm adding 15 min from my walk!

I did some stretches on Saturday for 10 minutes and 30 mins of heavy housecleaning on Sunday:

OK I'm back, and my diet and exercise started again today. I am not going to set a monthly target, I find I get too disappointed if other plans stop me from doing the exercise I aim for. So I'll just post my daily amounts as and when I do them. So................

I am setting both a target for the month and one for the year.

By December 2008, I want to be averaging 45 minutes of exercise a day. I've done that much in the dim, misty past, and I want to see it in my dim misty future!

For this month, I'm going to go with 20 per day for what remains of the month, plus the 60 minutes I've got to count so far. So 540 for the month.

Group total: 2583 + 60 = 2643

Tonight's dance class was jive and it really kicked my :censored:! Still I managed to make it through the whole hour and that brings my total to 315.

The group total is now 2,853 + 60 = 2,913

I had an amazing workout today. I've been shooting for 120 minutes on the recumbant for a while but anytime I got to 90, my legs would just get really tight. Well, I hit 90 today and my legs felt great and it wasn't until about 110 minutes that I felt that tight feeling. I pushed through to 120 minutes though. I hope I can do it again tomorrow!

I also completed 11 minutes of Walk Away The Pounds, the 1 Mile one. I did this after the bike and while I can sometimes get to 15 minutes, I was just too tired to go on.

Personal recumbant bike = 220 + 120 = 340/1300 minutes.
Personal WATP = 11/90 minutes.

Group total = 2913 + 120(bike) + 11(WATP) = 3044 minutes.
