45 minutes on the elliptical last night, bringing my total to 600. Unfortunately I had to stop short of my planned hour because I started getting a weird pain in my foot (which is why I was switching up the elliptical and treadmill on Saturday). I massaged my foot last night and hopefully it will go away.

30 minutes bike, stretching and strength training Sunday & Tuesday. 20 minutes bike Saturday.

NANCY--Check out that foot pain! If it doesn't go away in a few days, go see the doc. I had a stress fracture a few years ago that didn't get caught until the bone had healed around the fracture, because I didn't check out the pain for too long. It still gives me pain sometimes, 10 years later. In fact, it's currently throwing a wrench into my exercise plan...

Tonight I did 45 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 645. We did a bit of circuit training and a stress test and he as really impressed at the increase in my aerobic fitness! The group total is now 6,170 + 45 = 6,215 |

Thursday I did 8 minutes on the elliptical and then had to switch to the bike because of my foot and did another 32 minutes. Yesterday I only lasted 6 minutes on the elliptical (argh my foot!) and then did 40 minutes weights, bringing my total to 791.
