I missed my July goal by a long shot. I have various reasons/excuses for it. But those don't really matter. It's a new month and a fresh start. I am going for 600 minutes this month.
I need to add 10 to my "estimate" of todays minutes... We biked instead of my 4 mile walk and I estimate we were out for about 80mins. We went about 14 miles.
DH introduced me to racquetball. So much fun. We played for about 2 hours, so minus breaks between games, I'd say I was active for about 90 minutes today!
