    Please don't kill me but I realized I calcuated the first few days of Sept in my weekly total this week but I already recorded them here last week so I have to SUBTRACT 140.

    Group Total~ 4,784 - 140 = 4,684min

    SO EMBARASSED!
  • Friday was 20 minutes elliptical and 30 strength, Saturday 45 minutes part elliptical and treadmill and today I went for an hour walk, bringing my total to 555.

    The group total is now 4,684 + 155 = 4,839

    4,839+30=4,869
  • 108 mins Sat thru today. Cardio and personal training session

    4869+108 = 4977
  • Trekking thru the woods for 45 mins

    Group total 4977 + 45 = 5022

  • 45 minutes on the elliptical last night, bringing my total to 600. Unfortunately I had to stop short of my planned hour because I started getting a weird pain in my foot (which is why I was switching up the elliptical and treadmill on Saturday). I massaged my foot last night and hopefully it will go away.

    The group total is now 5,242 + 45 = 5,287
  • 30 minutes bike, stretching and strength training Sunday & Tuesday. 20 minutes bike Saturday.

    The group total is 5287 + 80 = 5367
  • 66 minutes from yesterday and today

    Group total: 5367 + 66 = 5433
  • Walking along Venice Beach on Saturday for a total of 90min. and usual morning walks yesterday and today. 2 miles (2 days) for 40 total.

  • NANCY--Check out that foot pain! If it doesn't go away in a few days, go see the doc. I had a stress fracture a few years ago that didn't get caught until the bone had healed around the fracture, because I didn't check out the pain for too long. It still gives me pain sometimes, 10 years later. In fact, it's currently throwing a wrench into my exercise plan...

    Still, I have 17 additional minutes of walking to record.
