Please don't kill me but I realized I calcuated the first few days of Sept in my weekly total this week but I already recorded them here last week so I have to SUBTRACT 140.
Friday was 20 minutes elliptical and 30 strength, Saturday 45 minutes part elliptical and treadmill and today I went for an hour walk, bringing my total to 555.
45 minutes on the elliptical last night, bringing my total to 600. Unfortunately I had to stop short of my planned hour because I started getting a weird pain in my foot (which is why I was switching up the elliptical and treadmill on Saturday). I massaged my foot last night and hopefully it will go away.
NANCY--Check out that foot pain! If it doesn't go away in a few days, go see the doc. I had a stress fracture a few years ago that didn't get caught until the bone had healed around the fracture, because I didn't check out the pain for too long. It still gives me pain sometimes, 10 years later. In fact, it's currently throwing a wrench into my exercise plan...
Still, I have 17 additional minutes of walking to record.
