30 minutes of walking this morning:

Walked my dog 40 minutes this afternoon.

I did an hour of yard work this morning.

Good exercise day for me, considering I had done NONE when I got home from work and shopping at around 6 PM!!!

16 minutes with my dance DVD. I'm not done for the day, but if I don't add things as I do them I lose track :)

Can't believe i'm posting to add a mere 5 minutes, but it got me to my 20 for the day. Did a little weight lifting for arms.

I think it is GREAT that you are adding your five minutes! EVERY minute counts both for your health but also to help us make our goal!!! :)
