Ezcema for little ones is so hard. My youngest had it really bad his first year but fortunately he seems to have outgrown it. It may be worth eliminating bovine products for a couple of weeks. Lots of other ways to get calcium and protein...
I seem to be on a junk food jag lately. Still exercising, so I haven't gained but I haven't really lost either. Sigh.
