Morning Ladies! Well, we have have a SNOW DAY over here...kids are home from school. It looks like my big exercise for the day will be shoveling since DH is long gone off to work.
The scale is being wonky for me a bit...which is probably why I shouldn't weigh every day. However, my daily weigh-ins keep me motivated to not "cheat" because I know I am going to record my weight the next day.
Jill - It sounds like you have some great goals and are motivated to get there! Amazing about C2K - I am definitely going to start in the spring as long as I am below 200 lbs (I have HORRIBLE knees). Where are you going on vacation?
Norma - Yay! So happy you are feeling better and that you got a new wardrobe! Sounds like a fantastic weekend for you
fitmama - That's great! I have a boy and a girl as well (17 months apart). Enjoy your blessings and don't put too much pressure on yourself.
scout - You're so close to your goal - it's amazing! I would love to see pictures. How long has it taken you to lose that much weight?
