Okay, I sucked hard this week. I'm at 165.9

My body loooooooooooooves 164-165 ... once I get into 163, the ship will be righted for at least 7 or 8 lbs.

Here's a dumb question. I have my old measurements, but how do I get someone to measure me for new ones? Does it cost $?

Hi Shan,
If you don't have a cloth tape measure you can use a measuring tape and a string. Do your measurements with the string and then measure it with your tape measure. If you can get to a walmart (not sure if you know what that is) pretty much any store with a sewing department you can get a cloth one for really cheap and do it yourself so you don't have to pay anyone.

Your welcome!! Just checking in on everyone how are you guys doing? I work all weekend, but I'm here in the am. So I'll be checking in most days! I have had a good weekend so far and I anticipate a loss on Thursday. Hopefully my ladies night out doesn't ruin that for me. I'm going to plan for it so I don't screw up my weigh in.
HOpe everyone is having a great Sunday!!

Agh! I'm having a hard time staying on track lately. I went to a Christmas party last night and it seems everyone has an affinity for things containing cream cheese, other than the deer sausage and the veggies that I brought, everything had cream cheese in it. I did okay, didn't gorge or anything because being in the presence of other people usually keeps me in check, but it was a high calorie night either way.

I have big plans to get completely back on track starting Thursday. I just can't handle my normal exercise regime and meal planning when I'm studying for finals! That should be my new year's resolution. I always allow school to derail my efforts.

Good luck ladies and feel free to check in with weights for the spreadsheet, a few of you haven't weighed in yet

Okay, I have measurements thx to my new measuring tape.

Bust: 37.5
Waist: 32
Hips: 40.5

My hips are as big as my bust was when I started. Actually, looking at this makes me realize how proportional my WL has been.

Starting measurements:

B - 40.5
W - 35
H - 43.5

hey folks.. a little late weighing in, but I'm at 210.

Congrats to all you girls who lost this week! That's so awesome!

I did not so well last night, and went on a drinking alcohol binge. I haven't drank in like three months. So..weigh in day is tomorrow and dreading it too. I'll keep you informed of my measurements soon.

Ok so I am so in on this. I haven't worn a bikini in over 11 years, and it is not that I overly want to but it would be nice to have the option Plus diabetes is a huge risk for me due to strong family occurence (my dad's whole side has it) that my doctor has suggested I lose 30 lbs. My ultimate goal is 40 but I will see if I truly want to lose that last ten lbs once I lose the 30.

SW-160
GW-130
UGW-120

measurements:
bust-40
waist-35
hips-40

Sassy, just wanted to thank you for that suggestion with the string. I've never been good at trying to get my measurements by myself and the string idea may just work for me. I'll give it a try this week and try and get mine on here.

Hey girls,

I'm here, staying on plan so far. I did drink but a here's a tip for you girls on what to drink! Skinny Girl Margaritas and Skinny Girl Sangria!!! Low cal and you can still enjoy. This is what I drank over the weekend and it never hurts me. 110cals for 4oz!!!! That's 4 SHOTS! And only 4g of sugar in 4oz. It ROCKS! Good luck this week ladies. TOM is here and it's so funny the scale is sticking at 196.....ahhhh this is my weight loss pattern. I don't lose until after TOM is done for 2 weeks after then when I O and when TOM arrives again I stick

I gotta look into these Skinny Girl drinks! I could use a drink after writing my final. That was a rough one, but only one more to go and then my life can get back to normal. Thank baby-Jesus!

I added some updates to the spreadsheet.

Welcome Tikrit and Divadee! Tikrit, feel free to weigh in whenever, anytime before Thursday will be week one, Thursday or after will have you starting on week 2.

We're almost ready for week 2 weigh-in and I'm going to be up again OMG. I am getting back on track, but it's going to take some big changes in my motivation and off track routine. This off-track ends now, I have no excuses.

Anyone else notice you can be on plan and doing great for 6-8 weeks and then totally go off the rails and it's so hard to get back on? What helped you get back?
