OMG. I am getting back on track, but it's going to take some big changes in my motivation and off track routine. This off-track ends now, I have no excuses.
Anyone else notice you can be on plan and doing great for 6-8 weeks and then totally go off the rails and it's so hard to get back on? What helped you get back?
