Welcome Tikrit and Divadee! Tikrit, feel free to weigh in whenever, anytime before Thursday will be week one, Thursday or after will have you starting on week 2.

We're almost ready for week 2 weigh-in and I'm going to be up again OMG. I am getting back on track, but it's going to take some big changes in my motivation and off track routine. This off-track ends now, I have no excuses.

Anyone else notice you can be on plan and doing great for 6-8 weeks and then totally go off the rails and it's so hard to get back on? What helped you get back?
Yep, two weeks off the rails undid a month of work.

So now I'm back to tracking, tracking, tracking, tracking, tracking. And working out every day.

I may have overextended myself slightly Sunday/Monday, so a nice 60-minute go on the elliptical is in the cards for today.

Sorry I still haven't gotten around to getting my measurements but I just weighed in this morning and I'm now at 160. I was so happy to see that after the weekend I had. Lol.

I'm going to have to check out those skinny girl drinks too. I'd seen them but didn't know anyone who drank them so I wanted to wait to see if they were any goodm. Now I'll have to give them a whirl.

I hope everyone has good weigh ins this week. It's been a rough week for me. Too much eating out. I stayed at 286. So no gaining, but no loosing either.. Blah!!! But this week will be even better. (hopefully) I'm making my candies and cookies this week so maybe it won't be a better week.. No it will be better.

I hope everyone elses way in is great!

Weigh in tomorrow. I feel ten million times better now that I'm tracking again, so maybe it'll show up on the scale.

Good job losers! (tongue in cheek)

Well I clearly need some motivation lol. Although, at one point this week I saw 160 on the scale, so I'm up up up and then down a little, but up from last week. But I'm done finals and now I can get back into a normal routine. My efforts really get off track when I have exams and I let them take over my life for 3 weeks. I need to figure out how to do school and live my life too.

Crawling towards the 140's, body seems reluctant to go there though!

Thanks so much for this thread, it really keeps me in check!

Prairie girl is there some way we can access the spreadsheet ourselves? I feel like it's a whole lot of work for you!

I just signed up to join this challenge. Pleas add me on tomorrow's weigh in. starting weight 197, goal 157. I will add measurements when I take my starting pictures.
I needed someting to motivate me, and make me an active participant. I liked what I saw with this thread, so I would love to be included.

I don't mind doing the spreadsheet at all. Gives me little study breaks, but if it starts to get out of hand or I know I won't have time to update it I will figure something else out.

Welcome Tjoli and FutureFitChick!
