Alright, darn it, I am not thrilled, but I've had a week where I haven't followed my plan as close as I need to do. I even went to the fair and indulged in some great fair food (gyros and pineapple whip, yummy) and I also walked over 12,000 steps. I will take this gain as a sign that I need to improve all around and will do so! I want to start doing more strength training this week so I can start to firm up where the flab has left.
