    I am exactly where you're at. The weight came off so quickly at first and now I know I have to step my game up. We are about the same weight. Here's to moving out of the 190's and tricking our bodies! haha

    THanks for that. I find myself sticking with things a lot more when I take accountability. Last time I was on 3fatchicks and I fell of the wagon, I stopped coming around to avoid that accountability. Not again!

    Iam kind of disapointed(i wish the scale would move faster) iam doing everything right as far as working out and cutting out certain food ...the only thing i can't cut out in my diet is cheese.... i eat cheese everyday .it really is my weakness *sight*.( iam french dammit !) lol

    Try not to get too discouraged. It will happen. As cliche as it sounds,it did not go on over night and will not come off overnight.

    And this is coming from an Italian who gave up pasta and bread! I still do cheese, everyday, but just a different kind now. I do low fat on many of them and hard cheeses are lower as well. Just about making some choices.
  • Haven't heard from my partner yet, so I'll post. Here's yesterday's weigh in. Of course I dropped OVER a pound overnight and weighed in at 147.2 this morning. Oh well, will make for a good loss next week lol

  • Week 2 Results!
    Wow!! We sure had some BIG LOSERS this week! Congrats to all of you. But, if you happen to be one that lost small - OR - worked her rear off and even gained some... ... Take heart - keep working and things WILL change!

    All together this week - we lost an amazing:
    56.6 pounds!

    Now, I know there are some of you hiding out there...did you forget something?? Get on in here and weigh in!

    I'm in for tricking the body and moving into the 180's!

    Hopefully the changes I have made this week will show a little better on the scale for next week!

  • I have been sitting at 191 for 2 1/2 weeks, so I would love to move out of the 190's!! I am looking forward to being in the 180's and moving DOWN the scale!! See you guys on Sunday
