I´m back from my awesome snowboarding trip, it was great and I did fairly well food wise, but then got back home on wednesday, suffered from a stomach bug, overcompensated on the weekend, plus muscle gain from the snowboarding... it all adds up to only a pound, in two weeks!

Sorry partner, I´m hoping for better numbers next week and at least the scale moved in the right direction...
