Default Fruit and Veggie Feast

Okay - I need a "re-set".

When this happens, I have a FEAST!! A fruit and veggie feast that is.

I can eat as much as I want today so long as it's all fruits and veggies. So who's with me? Time to take a day (just one day!) and flush the sodium and excess water and get back on track!

I'm with you today. Breakfast is a tin of pears and a glass of cranberry juice.

Lunch was a protein bar and a serve of yoghurt.

Afternoon snack was 14 teddy crackers and 2 kiwifruit.

Dinner is a 4oz hamburger with 1 oz of swiss cheese (no bun) and a large salad (leaves only- I don't have any carrots and I don't eat tomatoes or cucumbers).

Total calories is 1142.

I just bought a ton of fruit and cut it all up so it is ready to go. Maybe I will try this feast tomorrow!!!! Sounds yummie!!
