I don't know what is meant by "clean eating" but I eat with what I call a "focus" on whole foods. (I have some favorite lowcal processed foods that I continue to enjoy).
You may find that just switching to healthy foods works for you, but I need to count calories. If I don't count calories, I gain weight even eating healthy foods. But I am able to lose weight without too much trouble when I am counting (and journaling).
