So its Wednesday...and I haven't posted excersise in almost a week.
Monday- went running with neice in a stroller...how the heck do you all do this, 45 minutes Tuesday- Elliptical for 60 minutes Wednesday- Arc trainer for 45 minutes tredmil for 30 minutes bike for 30 minutes stair climber for 20 |

1 hour circuit training class (backs and legs) walked home, 1 mile |

Friday: 30 min. weight circuit, 2 sets, 15 reps, 30 min elliptical

Saturday-64 minutes bike (did my best ever mileage wise on both programs I did...yay me). I've found that I'm always getting the same miles out of the programs so I must not be working hard enough to do better....so I tried today and it worked. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Sunday-64 minutes bike (broke my best rates again *yay me*) Looks like I'm the only loser who's around this weekend *smile* That's what happens when you're and old married lady with kids. Hope everyone had a good weekend!
