25 min jog, 5 min warm up/cool down total

20 min abs
consisted of 50 front RAB curls, 25 each side, and 3x15 butt lifts

I"m planning on doing the weights tonight.. all of them, just to knock it out.

I'm back to high activity level this week

Monday:
- missed Step class (felt nauseous & lightheaded, had to lay down and then it was too late...)
- Aquafit class (50 mins), and boy do I feel my muscles!
- swam 14 laps (500 yards) in about 25 minutes, and started introducing some challenge - normally I swim one lap then rest, swim one lap, rest, one lap, rest... today I gave myself specified rest periods (15 seconds, 28 seconds, minute etc.) and did 2 laps without rest several times

Plan for the next few days:
Tuesday: 1.5 hrs gym in the morning (bike, elliptical, want to try stair climber); 1.3 hrs ice skating in the evening
Wednesday: Low-Impact aerobics in the morning, Aquafit and regular Pilates and Yoga classes (and fill 1 hr with gym and/or swimming and/or stretching)
Thursday: Step class, ice skating, maybe gym in the morning
Friday: gym in the morning, swimming, aquafit
Weekend: skipping rope at home, maybe gym one day and hopefully badminton Friday-Sunday evenings

Hi Ladies, I'm feeling motivated this week after a not so motivated weekend.
Monday, I went to Pilates class, I was going to do cardio after but I had to get home and get my son.
Tuesday, I did my jogg/walk on the treadmill for a hour, and clocked in at 4.5 for my average speed, and did 4.75 miles. whoo hoo, I'm on week 7 of the couch to 5 K and I jogged for 8 minutes straight. I still got bored but I could do it.
