1. balance my check book so I have enough $ to start ww tomorrow
2. drink at least 64 oz of h20
3. get to the gym or walk on the track
4. work on some of my drafts

push ups, crunches. leg lifts, stretches
drink water (all of it)

3. go to the grocery store instead of having groceries delivered and walk up the 3 flights myself

1. attend a ww meeting at 5:45 pm
2. drink 64 oz h20
3. walk to the ww meeting if it's not storming
4. eat a good dinner
5. no more soda for today

3. walk to group project if the weather permits
