Today I will:
1- eat my packed healthy lunch and snacks, eat that only!!
2-drink all my water
3-do at least 2-3 miles at the track tonight
4-stretch, sit ups, crunches, push ups
...take control of my portions and listen to my body
...get on that elliptical for 20 minutes. I've been busy lately and I'm actually craving it, now I just need to shove some other things out of the way.
Today I will...
1. Get to the gym
2. Drink at least 3 L of water
3. Eat sensibly - going out for a big fancy dinner tonight, so hopefully I can stay under 1800 for the day.
Drink some more water
eating something I've been craving for dinner- but without mayo and no fries
work on my finals
just be happy to be alive and pretty well!
