1. Exercise: Cardio - 6 times; Weights - 3 times - good
2. Water: 2.9 L/day - good
3. Food: Little out of control on the weekends, as usual - the weekdays are so easy for me! But I am determined to get out of the slump and get back to losing!
4. Mindset - Motivation was at a low point (especially during the weekend) so I'm revving up the engines and ready to get back on track. Hopefully I'll see a maintain (or better, but I'm not holding my breath) for this week's weigh-in and I can start anew on the May Day challenge, where I plan to set a goal of 8-10 lbs.
