Right now I'm a size 22 in pants, sometimes 20, or 24 depending on the brand.
I'm a 1x (18-20) or a 2x (22-24) in tops.

I'm 5'6" and 143lbs.
Tops: US size 6/8, or usually a medium.
Pants: US size 10/11.
Shoes: US size 10.5. Sometimes a 10, sometimes an 11. I have big/wide feet.

My body is like a cross between a ruler and a pear body type. I carry a lot of weight in my legs, but don't have wide hips or a big butt. Sometimes I can only find pants that fit comfortably around my legs, but are too loose around my hips and bum. I always need a belt.
