thanks dani

theaimes3 lbs in 2 days? yay! nice jumpstart

rainbow hope you don't get sick! Plenty of vitamin c and fresh ginger tea with lemon and honey. hugs

So I have decided to run 2 days in a row twice a week. I ran today and it was slow as I was mindful of my knee, which is doing ok not worse and a little better. I will see next week how it feels and overall the improvement. Seeing my body changing has been such a good feeling and I am so stoked to keep going. Which is nice as I have been struggling for over a year trying to get back into the mood of weight loss. Have a nice tuesday everyone!

Just a quick check in, no time for personals (it's almost baby's bed time!), but Sun, I did look at your pics and what a difference!!! Really, you can see that your dedication has paid off! Congratulations.

The past two days have been a little wonky eating wise (one unplanned lunch at Chili's and then today DH and I went with our friends to taste/sample the meals that will be served at their wedding). This morning my WI was terrible! 136.0, and that's terrible because it's up nearly 3 pounds from yesterday, but I know it's due to the salty Mexican-ish Chili's. Sodium = Hopefully tomorrow's WI will be better.

Although I didn't count my calories yesterday or today, I feel like I did a good job with not binging. That is actually a huge success for me. All too often I'll go over my calorie allowance or won't be counting my calories and I'll just eat and eat and eat... You know, the whole "F**k it, I'm over so I might as well be REALLY over" attitude... But both yesterday and today I kept myself in check and didn't succumb to that type of thinking. So, regardless of what the scale says, I say that's a victory to celebrate. (Although I'm still hoping for a better WI tomorrow morning )

Later all!
