Lisa congrats on making it here!!
And to everyone else, good job on your weightloss success. I just got back from 2 weeks in SE Asia which completely got me off plan, food, booze and exercise wise. I ended up with a 3.3 lb gain from the day I left on vacation and 4.4lbs up from my low weight which was a couple days before. I actually thought it was going to be a lot worse, I was concerned I might have eaten my way out of this group, but at 196.9, I'm still safely here, but back to the weight I was right after Christmas which means I'm now a month behind schedule. I'm going to use this to motivate me even more and hopefully I'll be out of this group sometime in April. |
I was so worried I was going to have to leave this group but this morning I am at 197.0! Still super happy to be here!
Also, welcome and congrats to all new 190s!! |

I weighed in at 192.3 this morning!!! I'm super excited as it means I lost all my pre-vacation weight and a bit more. It also means I'm 2 pounds from being overweight, can't wait to never be obese again. |
This morning I weighed in at 190.2 pounds. I'm so close to the 180's I can taste it. I haven't been 180 pounds since....I don't know when. Probably my freshman year of college almost five years ago. The part that makes me happiest is that I've lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks, but I've gone down in body fat composition by 2.7% so it hasn't been all muscle that I've been losing!

Yesterday I was down to 185.6. That's the lowest I've been in the last 6 months. Today I was at 188.2, but that's probably because I'm retaining water due to being dehydrated.
Yesterday was my cheat day (kinda lost track of calories anyways) and I ended up drinking a bit without rehydrating. Will definitely watch calories and rehydrate today. Up to 24 oz. of water already. I want to see 185.6 tomorrow! |
189.0! I'm officially in the 180's again!
