I've been slacking on my exercise since the calendar turned to 2013. I've been eating OP so I've still lost a pound, weighed in at 194 this morning. I was hoping to be down to 191.5 before I go on vacation on the 12th which means I have 2.5 pounds to lose in 6 days. Hopefully I'll be able to find some motivation to exercise these next couple days.

183.6. Down about four pounds. Likely the bulk of this is water, but I don't really care. I'll take it. haha.

Not impressive whatsoever, but I will take any loss:
CW: 180.8 Almost out of the 180's!!!! Hopefully my next WI will yield better results. I am doing so great with eating good and staying within 1200 calories and exercising daily as well as drinking a ton of water; I just want my results to reflect all of this hard work. I am going to WI more often now, maybe it will push me harder in my workouts and deliver bigger results. 10days strong and going on! |
You ladies are ROCKIN it!! So I have to say that this is Day 3 back on SB and I'm actually feeling VERY motivated....in fact I dont think I've been this motivated since last June lol. I even worked out today for the first time in like a MONTH! I feel like I did pretty well last year losing almost 60lbs but I REALLY REALLY want to hit soon....definitely this year but by my birthday is what I'm shooting for (may 25th). February 1st I really hope to see 170 something KMFX

187.4!!!! Yay thats 1.2 less then yesterday....i am finally ending TOM and did my first workout in a while yesterday. Today is day 4 of back on my diet:) I'm starting to think that I might actually get close to making it out of the 180s in January!!

The wieght is finally coming off, very slow pace, but I am losing! I plan to kick up my exercise this week to see if by Friday I can lose even more. I am heading over to the next group to keep me motivated! :) |
Hmmm...I've been sticking to plan but somehow gained 6.5 lbs since last week? I'm confused. There's no way this can be actual weight. I know I haven't been eating that much. Oh well. I haven't been 190 for years. I hope this will be short.

I originally started at 192. Lost and gained back to 188.5. My current weight after 1 week on ww is 178! Finally!! I cant remember the last time I was less than 180!!

Weighed in yesterday at 188.4:( But today the scale liked me and read 187!!! Hopefully 186 something tomorrow KMFX
