Gatorgirl- Wow look at you go!!!!

After my BIG whoosh the first week of my SP purification I've been at a standstill bouncing from 188-189.4 :/ REALLY hoping to break past this and whoosh down below 185 before the end of the MONTH! Then that only puts mee 20lbs above GOAL cmon OCTOBER!

Weighed in this morning at 189.2. I am not sure what is going on and why I am experiencing this lovely long whoosh, but I am going to try my hardest to not scare it away.

That's great! I think you can totally do it... You'll need to give it a good push in the final week and a half, but you can def do it!

I'm in the same boat... I want to give a big push and get out of the 180's all together... So Monday is y first day of getting back into my serious workout regime...

I started with this thread and I got down to 179.4 really quickly. Ever since that week though 181!!!!!! I know exercising (as I just started back up) will do that but also pre-TOM. I want my Swosh already lol!!!!

Somehow am at 182.8 this week. I don't think I ate well enough to lose six/seven pounds last week, but it could be upping adderall and forgetting to eat until 4ish on several days. Oh well, no complaints

Still going down. Not sure what is happening. I am losing much faster than normal, but I will keep doing what I am doing cause something seems to be working.
