I am 192 lbs... that's good, right? I lose about 2/3 of a lb a week. I'm breastfeeding so progress is super slow but I'd rather lose slowly than not at all!
Omg you ladies crack me up!!!! I myself have decided that I hvae to be back on track today....I did it in May I can do it now!! GEtting so close to goal, can't give up now, even though I could use a nap!
190.8 today. Good to finally see the scale move, even if it was only a little tiny bit. Every little itty bit adds up, after all! Feeling motivated today and I know if I keep on track from now until my birthday in May I'll see some real improvements.
