I might start a new workout program called: Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution. It's a 90 day program. I'm going to read through the books tonight and hopefully start tomorrow. I'm hoping it'll help me out for this summer!
I actually lost 2lb! I'm shocked, though I secretly know it was water weight... and probably fluctuation.. I need to get on top of working out. I tried doing mornings and woke up once last week in time to work out. I am going to look into working out for an hour after work. I think the pup can handle that 3x a week... Gosh, I hope so.

Sophie, I am so thrilled you didn't gain! I gained a little on vacation earlier this month (0.4) but I was so relieved when it came off within a couple days. I am sure you will do great as you stick with it! Good luck with Body Revolution! I've never tried it, but I read about it a lot on these boards!
I weighed this morning at 167.2!!! I couldn't believe it. That is a BIG loss for me, but it is also the week after my TOM, so it makes sense that my weight loss sped back up. Not to say I haven't been working my butt off, too

Okay, here's my weigh in for today... 130.5 is the lowest I've been since college! I'm trying not get too excited though, since it's probably mostly a water weight loss as I just went back to zumba yesterday now that my finals are done!

I AM a calorie counter, very low carbs or none at all, and lately I have been working out a lot more, cardio on the elliptical and Jillian Michaels workouts so I don't know how much the exact calorie are that I'm losing but since I broke the plateau I was on for the last 8 months, I seem to be enjoying this quick drop! Reminds me of my first 20.

Wednesday I was 222 (gah!), a 2 pound "gain". I was rather bloated that day. I am finally getting around to starting my personal 12 week challenge (tomorrow). I have big workout plans for this weekend and I am asking for a Polar FT60 for my birthday
