hi there. ive read in many different places the serving suggestion for fiber is anywhere from 30-45g a day.
i was having problems with this to when i started calorie counting. so i keep my fiber between 30-45g at the least each day. and it works out well.
and a great way to get most your fiber is through pshsyllium husk.
thats what i use 2sppon fulls in 16oz water great!
