Hi Ladies! It's been a little while since I've checked in here. Everyone is going great! Me... not so much. I'm up to 216! I have got to kick it up and get in gear! I have this terrible heel spur going on right now, so I haven't been able to start my C25K, but I plan to when my foot is better. I've also been working on some of my favorite YouTube videos and using my body ball. I am starting to see a difference in my stomach after a week!

Good luck everyone! Keep up the awesome work!

Here's to 199 by the 4th of JULY!

I was like nooo way lol and I was breathing all heavy ect so it was a awesome workout and fun at that I had no idea even an hour went by! then of course i worked on my abs so if your not feeling a actual workout make up your own!!!!! make it fun!!!...And I hope your foot heals soon!!!

Thank you so much momof3preemies!! I'm pretty proud of the quitting smoking and it is helping with losing the weight for sure! I'm able to do so much more that I could before. I worked out like crazy yesterday! At least an hour of my body ball, lots of lifting weights and I'm up a pound this morning! But I'm pretty sure it's water weight, my feet and hands are pretty swollen... not sure why.

My foot is feeling better this morning, so I plan on jumping on the treadmill and doing W1D1 of the C25K. Wish me luck!

And momof3preemies, CONGRATS on getting to Onederland! That's so awesome!! I can't wait to get there with you!

Thank you Brittanie...Do you swell a lot? you may need a water pill...I'm on one I swell soooo bad! So thats something you may want to call your doc about a lot of your weight may be water weight....is your blood pressure normal? Good luck on the treadmil go easy tho last thing you want to do is make your foot worse And thanks! I struggled to get there now I'm seeming to be dropping weight faster well also I feel better to so I have been able to up my workouts ect I couldn't believe the scale this morning tho 196....crazy being in the 200's for sooo long and struggling and finally my body is ok with letting it go...I hope that becomes your future as well and continues for me I hope!!!

I do swell a lot. My blood pressure was always normal until I started taking Chantix to quit smoking. Ever since I got on that, I have had high blood pressure. I'm hoping once I've been off the Chantix for a while it will go back to normal. I've been off it for about 2 weeks. I will definitely look into the water pill. I was wondering if there was an OTC one I could take.

I got down to 196 last year. It felt great! And I have no idea why I let myself get up again... but I'm hoping to be back there soon!

Ummm I don't think you can get one over the counter but I could be wrong. I'm sure you could get it thro those online pharmacys but i just don't know how legit those are. a water pill also is a built in bp pill just not as strong as a regular bp pill so all together this might help you! deff worth looking into.

You will deff get back there and then some! I will cheer you on!!! were you able to get on your tredmil?

I was going to try tonight. My heel is still pretty sore to walk on, but I'm going to make an attempt. I found a new thread on the C25K run that is really motivating me to get off my rump and go try :-)

That water pill sounds perfect for my situation. I'm going to have to call my Dr. Don't you just love this site?? All of the support here is awesome! Are you the Sarah I have been seeing in the previous posts?

Hi ladies, I thought I'd join in here... still awhile til I reach ONEDERLAND, but that's what I'm working toward right now. My pre preggo weight is somewhere around that mark... not exactly sure where... but I have a feeling most of my clothes will fit me again once I reach that point. My goal for Onederland is Oct 19, my little girls 1st birthday... about 6 months to lose 50lb.
