Had some ups and downs. 202 this morning. Today was my second day of Zumba classes..wow! Hoping that helps.

thats ok. i just started excercizing again to the last two days. and i know i always hold a few lbs for a bit when i first start excercizing. it happens. just dont give up! We can do it!

you are all doing so great and I would really love it if you would still let me be on her to cheer you all on! It's been soooo hard for me and jessica and all you other ladies have kept my spirits high, and I'd like to continue to do that to you guys!

With that being said...I am 199.5 Now I'm of course no where near safe from the 200's! gotta keep going down! But sure is nice to see a "1" again

ok well if you remember i cheated bad on easter so i wasnt going to weigh in till today. I was honestly hoping to be in your shoes but thats ok if im not lol. Im so happy for you!

i weighed in this morning and got 201.8! So I am back to where I was last Friday. Wich is great to because i know i gained a few lbs from monday. mostly carb and liquid weight but weightnone the less. so heres a cheers to you MOMOF3PREEMIES!!! Amazing job!!!!

Thank you Jessica I told myself not to weigh in this morning knowing it could easily say 200 again I told myself wait and weigh in monday...nope i weighed in stupid stupid stupid and it was exactly 200....so im ignoring that and just saying 199.5 and im going to be good workout ect and weigh in monday and hopefully im 198! ahhhh! lol But im cheering you on....we have grown close in this challenge my name is Sarah BTW .....and for having a bad weekend the weight is not bad you didn't gain!! so yay for that!

I can't remember the last time I was in "onderland", probably 10 years ago...

I've been working out more and drinking more water, so my weight went up about a pound or two but I know with continued exercising that will drop off and hopefully continue to drop!

I'd love to get to 199, or 185-ish ideally. Hm.. now I just need to really get going on dropping this 80+ pounds I'm lugging around! My first goal is to lose 10 pounds though. Going for small increments so I don't get discouraged!

Welcome Nanook380! you can do it!! Are your hands/feet swollen? if you are still having problems after drinking more and exercising and you do have swelling call your doc you may need a water pill if your retaining to much. just a lil tip...that was one of my main problems I even have these marks look kinda like bruises on my legs from it...I also had 3 babies in 4yrs and had preclampsyia with every one of them so my body just stored fluids!! but my water pill has helped me alot.

its ok ; ) It is 199.5. lol Sarah your doing amazing! i cheated on saturday. i had a family members birthday party. and it was a kids bday party so lots of delicous stuff. i was running around with all the kids and the baby and didnt think i at that much. till i got home. lol i was at 207 when i went to bed on saturday. then 204 sunday morning and this morning 202.8. so i know its mostly just like a carb balloon type thing. but its still keeping me where i am.
So mon-friday for five days i am going to be on a fruit, veggie, soymilk, and protein shake strict diet! lol

I'm doing ok jessica, althought I didn't get to work out yesterday my mom called screaming said i needed to go help her....scared the crap outta me! Here her cat was having kitten and the momma kitty couldn't get the babies out...my cat just had kittens 2 weeks ago so i had a kit thrown together incase i needed to help her and of course its been 2 weeks so the stuff was all put away!!! lol so i went running around the house getting the stuff i needed and running over to my moms! ahhhh! But she is doing well now and all 6 of her kittens! lol 1st liter and she is a small girl! my cat is bigger and had 4 but neither of them will be having anymore!!!!! both going to get fixed!!! lol anyways back on the topic so I'm going to work my butt off tonight!!!!...well technically now that i think about it yesterday i did go to the park and walked about half a mile and planted flowers ect so i guess it wasn't a complete disaster day!...lol...

Sarah- that sounds exciting but nerve wracking at the same time! I know when we were younger our two cats used to have at least 1-2 litters every summer. But i was younger and my mom took care of the birthing process. that is so cool! but also completly understand why guy want them fixed lol i dont think i would want to handle it now. lol
Well I was completly on plan yesterday but came out at 202.2lbs. I honestly think its because at 7pm i realised i was still 389cals under so i ate some 4ounces of turkey deli meat and some cheese. and when i finished i was full and was like aww crap. i go to bed soon. and wont be able to fully digest this. so it was a bad idea. its just frustrating cuz i was on plan but it felt like i was off and today i didnt see a loss. : /

Aww Jessica, I'm sorry! ....were you hungry when you ate it? I would of honestly just left the calories out. But if you were hugury maybe try something lighter...I was hungry last night at 10 so I grabed a banana. and it did not seem to mess up my weighin. Stick to your calories but don't worry if you end up under every now and then. you can do it girl! What are your doing for exercise?


I think im officially in onderland for good okay so I shouldn't talk like that let me rephrase I am in onderland for good! never again will I see 200! I was 198 this morning.
