Ugh. Back to 205. I'm starting exercises next week. I did happen to lose more when I exercised and for my issues with depression and eating i'm going to start painting again for at least an hour every night. It will keep me from going completely insane after I stop eating at 8 oclock. I don't think about food when I am painting and I think it's the best thing ever. So, if I don't have homework during the semester too i'll be doing that.
Painting sounds like a great outlet! Its a good thing that you're being so proactive after gaining a pound, instead of waiting for the weight to creep back on. Keep on going! You'll lose that pound and more in no time

I'm still figuring out what I will use to keep me from eating/craving after 8 o clock. But I believe video games will do the trick xD
