1/9: 136.0 (I hate how my workouts do this to me!)

1/11: 136.0 GRRRRR
1/12: 135.4 8 months of maintenance today.

1/14: no weigh
1/15: no weigh
1/16: 135.6 Apparently this is where my body likes it.
1/17: 137.2 salty soup before bed
