I'm still up and its starting to really aggravate me! I went jogging and biking yesterday with my BF so was really hoping to see some kinda loss. I also ate on plan. So idk whats going on with me. Today I'm limiting myself to veggies and 2 protein shakes for the day, hoping to see some of this gone!
