1/7: 141.2 spent three days at a cabin eating out almost every meal. pleasantly surprised with this number :-)

Goal Weight for end of January 202lbs
We have very similar numbers and I went up 3 pounds last night!! So angry with myself for eating and making the cake for my moms bday! grrr. I need to really buckle down..

It sucks right? at least you know what yours is from!! I did everything right yesterday and i still gained so much...
candice1022~ While I've been trying to lose weight for years, this has been my first week being really serious about it. This probably has a lot to do with why I have seen such a big loss this week. I'm sure it will slow down eventually, although part of me really wishes it wouldn't. While I weigh myself daily, I also don't put a lot on those day to day weights, and focus more on what I see at the end of each week. I see that you had a small gain this week, which can totally be frustrating! I’m willing to bet that if you keep up your routine though, you will see progress next week. If not, then you may want to try shaking things up. Different exercise, different calorie goals, etc. You’ve got a great system going, so look to next week as I bet you will be happier with your weigh-in results!
I'm a tad confused! Are people re-posting their stats every week/day and chatting about them? I'm up for that (or not if that's not it lol) I just want to join in and understand how this works since I'm a n00b! Atm I've just got the one post I'm editing and adding in my weights each day.

Thanks I think the initial shock and anger from gaining that much in one day has sort of worn off not completely but getting there... and yes im going to keep doing what im doing and hope i drop back down... next well see where we go from there Thanks for all your help <3
Jan 1st:149.6 Jan 2nd:148.8-0.8lbs! Only tiny change but it'll do for me! Jan 3rd:148.0 -0.8lbs again! Oh yeah! Jan 4th:147.7 -0.3lbs. Really tiny but 3rd day decrease so I'm happy Jan 5th:148.2 0.5lb gain! Jan 6th:149.2 1lb gain! Heck two days OP and I've nearly wiped out all the progress I've made Jan 7th:146.6 2.6lb loss in a day heck!
