1/18: 145.6 Wish it'd move a little faster, but we're going in the right direction.
1/19: 144.6 Now THAT's more like it! I'm shocked I hit my GW this early - I usually use much more slowly. Now let's see how much farther I can go by the end of the month.
1/20: 144.6 I can't believe how many days in a row I've had without an upswing in the scale. No complaints, of course, but I'm due for one any day now.
1/21: 145.4 What'd I tell you about the upswing? No big deal.
1/22: 145.0 That's a bit better.

Jan 2nd: 148.8 -0.8lbs! Only tiny change but it'll do for me!
Jan 3rd: 148.0 -0.8lbs again! Oh yeah!
Jan 4th: 147.7 -0.3lbs. Really tiny but 3rd day decrease so I'm happy
Jan 5th: 148.2 0.5lb gain!
Jan 6th: 149.2 1lb gain! Heck two days OP and I've nearly wiped out all the progress I've made
Jan 7th: 146.6 2.6lb loss in a day heck! Yay back on track and a 3lb loss in a week
Jan 8th: 145.8! -0.8lbs Yay met my mini goal- 25% of goal.
Jan 9th: 144.8 1lb lost! I actually threw my hands up in the air and said "Yes!" .
Jan 10th: 144.6 -0.2lbs Right on target! I need to lose exactly 0.2lb a day to reach my next goal
Jan 11th: 146.0 1.4lb gain! Not happy though may have been cos I didn't weigh in the morning.
Jan 12th: 145.6 -0.4lbs. It is a loss but got to lose at least 1lb by end of week to stay on track!
Jan 13th: 145.6 No change. :|
Jan 14th: 145.6 Sigh.. no change again and didn't hit my target. Next week then!
Jan 15th: 145.2 -0.4lbs Finally! Hopefully this week will be better than last.
Jan 16th: 145.2 Ugh so frustrating when there's no change. But better than a gain!
Jan 17th: 145.2 Arghgdjhfsdhjf still stuck here!
Jan 18th: 143.8 -1.4lb! Woop Woop I'm back on track! So freaking happy!
Jan 19th: 144.4 0.6lb gain. Argh! So frustrating... ate late last night so hoping it's that.
