Oops! I'm one of the people that put in info in the right hand columns. I'm sorry...I wasn't a part of the last challenge so I didn't know I wasn't supposed to. :(

Okay, I'll go talk to him. Is it okay if I wait a couple of days before replying? I don't know if I'm ready to talk to him just yet. :/ But I definitely am going to jot down the things I want to say to him. I do have things I want to say, so if he does too I guess this is the best time to get them out. I just wish I knew what he wants. Maybe it just is closure, since I haven't contacted him at all since he broke up with me. :( Thanks for helping.

Quiet Ballerina - All the rules are in the first post in the thread, just in case you need them!

MusicalAst - Speak to him when you're ready, there's no point going in feeling emotional. Make sure you're strong when you do. Maybe just tell him you will talk but you will get in contact with him when you're ready. It shows that you've heard what he wants but you're in control of when it happens.

Just so you all know since it's the first week I'm going to move those who haven't weighed in to the stand by sheet by Monday. I know I said I would do this every 2 weeks but since this challenge has been open for a few weeks I'm sure people have signed up and forgotten about it - so it makes it easier to organise if I keep the people who are actively participating on the main sheet! Remember, if you go to stand by your info is still there you just need to come into the thread and say you want back in =).

I didn't get my starting weigh-in in until the beginning of this week (Tuesday) because I was out of town and away from the scale. I was hoping to just sort of slide along a week behind everyone else without breaking the two weeks behind rule, but because you're already moving people to standby, should I just use my starting weight as me week 1 weight (i.e. no loss) as well?

Yeah, just pop in your starting weight and your week 1 weight as the same thing!

Me and my boyfriend weighed-in today ... He's lost 4 pounds this week by jogging only one (first time in years) and I've lost 0 pounds by being active 5 days! ARGH!!!! :D
My eating plan is going well, too. I've decided to limit sweets to one meal a week. The first day was ... OMG! I realised I was a total chocoholic, because I had the worse crisis ever. After three days I stopped missing chocolate. I still get nervous after lunch, because I'm used to have a bite of chocolate afterwards, but I manage that by having a few more bites of my meal. It's definately psychological, because I don't feel full untill I have this "snack". It really made me think about my previous eating habits! I'm fighting being a slave to food, but I had no idea it was this bad with chocolate! I really hope I'll manage to stick to this "1 sweet meal a week" plan. :carrot:

Aleksandra: I too can be a total chocoholic. Thing is once I shake off the addiction I don't know what brings me back. Because when I'm not 'craving' it, I really could go without for weeks.

well done with the exercise and don't worry about not losing yet. I like the quote "don't judge your success on the havest you reap today but on the seeds that you sow for tommorrow" (or something along those lines lol it will pay off!

I decided to ease back into counting and food journalling I'm going to do so only on the days where my activity levels are low, such as most weekends.
I feel lost without a plan but I feel as if i'm slowly piecing one together, one that is sustainable for me :D

Hey! Welcome! What was your weight last week? Because that's the starting weight for the competition, not your overall starting weight!

Hey everyone!

This week has been AMAZING for me in terms of exercise. I've been doing Insanity all week and I've really been proud of myself for it too. HOWEVER. My EATING is another thing. My parents ordered takeaway pizza, and when that happens I tend to eat half...but I gobbled the whole thing =(. I've also got a lot of sweets/chocolate left over from Christmas that I just keep nibbling on. It's really bad, if I know it's there I feel like I have to eat it! So today I just got fed up and threw it all out. I know it seems like a waste, but I just wanted it out of my drawer and in a place where it won't be coming back.

I'm usually all for eating out, but because I've had a complete stall I declined eating out with a friend tomorrow. We're still hanging out, but I just wasn't up to going to a restaurant with all the temptation. When I'm consistently losing then I don't mind a treat, but when I've been stalling I don't feel like I deserve it! I just want to see the scale go down already!!

aleks - How many calories do you eat a day? When you're exercising a lot you need to eat more - it sounds crazy, believe me I thought so too, but I had a massive loss when I was eating more and exercising 6 times a week.

ClaireBear - Wow, congrats!

aware - Amazing! I'm so jealous of you all losing weight! Haha!
