I just weighed myself after eating brunch - quite pleased with all this so far!
Just a quick question - are there any rules about when/how to weigh?

Hi! I believe we are supposed to weigh-in every week and you just post your weight on the spreadsheet at the beginning of each week. Good luck.

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning before I eat anything! As for the challenge, you can weigh in any day of the week since I know people have different weigh in days. The spreadsheet gives people the freedom to access it when they want in the week. If you don't weigh in for more than 2 weeks, then I will move your data to the stand by sheet, your info is all there you just need to say hello in the forum to get back in the challenge.

I'm the same supergirl, I'm going to be exercising loads and drinking water like it's going out of fashion and it will no doubt not make a difference until next week!

Hey everyone! Just another update from crazy ol' me. There's a great exercise website called Fitocracy, you log your workouts and receive points for everything you do. When you get more points, you level up! It's like a friendly competitive website, and it's quite addictive.

So I created a group on Fitocracy for any users who want to be accountable for exercise during the challenge. The group is here: http://www.fitocracy.com/group/4702/ - if you want to join the site then I have 9 invites going!
