227 *sigh* I was at 225 last Tuesday. I'm surprised I haven't gained more than 2 lbs though. Since last Tuesday, I have not worked out once and I have been eating a ton of fast food and going wayyy over my calorie allowance every single day. I seem to be falling back into my pattern of turning 1 high-calorie day into months of eating whatever crap I wanted. It's only been a week though, so I hopefully haven't done too much damage. Back on track tomorrow.
