Aack!

I'm totally jumping in! I have been crazy busy at work, but still keeping on my "diet."

Sorry, ladies.

Anyway, I'm going back to read all that I've missed.

I'm going to back out of this challenge. I have too many challenges going at once and they all require weighing in on different days. I'm starting to get mixed up.

well... i went out a couple of time this week. A friend had me over for dinner (homemade lobster ravioli with cream sauce...garlic bread...all that good stuff!) I ate a few other things i probably shouldn't have. I worked out a good bit though and ended up still losing .8 lbs. I lost 3 last week, so i'm okay with a little less this week.

Starting weight: 162

12/5: 160.3 ( -1.7)
12/12: 157.2 ( -3.1)
12/19: 156.4 ( -0.8)
12/26:
1/2:
1/9:
1/16:
1/23:

12/20: 192.... I gained 2 lbs. Could it be because I just started working out and doing more strength training?.... I hope so. I've been sticking to my diet !

I do have charts and I was doing that for a while but now its too difficult to keep track of those as well as everything going on in my personal life (school, job-hunting, apartment-hunting, starting a small business, as well as friends and family and working out and such. I also a recovering bulimic so stepping on the scale multiple times a week is very triggering for me. Just in the span of 3 days you can drop 3 pounds on day 1 (yay!). Gain 2 pounds on day 2 (freak out!). And then the scale doesn't budge on day 3. Overall you lost a pound but because you see the losses and the gains of everyday fluctuations its easy for me and those like me to get obsessed. So I weigh myself once a week on Saturdays. For one of my other challenges I just post a day early.

So surprisingly for eating out twice this week while Christmas shopping and going to a secret santa party for our babies where we had pizza and pop and snacks I lost like 2lbs this week!!! I drank a lot of water ...didnt have a whole lot of time to work out but running around shopping from 10am till 6pm might have been a good contribution to the loss this week... so ill take it!! My official weight this week is 216! which mean im 2lbs away from my xmas goal as well
